Shonave Custom Homes Inc. is looking for a client that would like to build a home for the 2010 Homearama at Kings View in Kings Mill.

The Greater Cincinnati Home Builders Association needs at least six builders to commit to building homes in Kings View for the show to take place this September.  Shonave Homes is looking to secure a client for the show so we can commit to buying a lot.  We are willing to design and build the home at our cost plus a flat builders fee of $25,000.00.  The homes are likely to range from 550k up to 900k so the builders fee would be less than 5%!  Reasons this is an incredible deal:

• Client receives our builder pricing on all material and labor.
• Client gets to claim all discounts given to us including payment terms offered from suppliers.
