Shonave Homes have very unique designs unlike other builders in the area. Houses are very contemporary, open and airy with beautiful clean finishes. Builders are cooperative to work with. Three years after moving we still go back and ask them for help which they are more then happy to provide. We plan on using Shonave for some renovations to maintain the same style we love.

We've been in our home almost 2 years and we continue to enjoy every large and small detail put into it! The design is perfect for a family with kids--the kids' rooms on one side of the home and our master on the other.
